Movement
Mini Yoga and Dance
Animal poses, freeze dance and calm-down breathing games that help little bodies balance, move and settle.
- 8 lessons
- Ages 1 to 6
Talking and reading together are simple, and they matter. This course shows you how to turn everyday routines into conversation, how to choose books for each age, how to read with a child who will not sit still, how to tell stories without a book, and how to bring letters into play without drills or pressure, in whatever languages your family speaks.

In a deliberate order. Each lesson explains why the play matters, gives you activities ready to run, and ends with a small assignment for the week.
You will understand what this course covers, how to use the eight lessons at home, and the simple safety rules that apply to every activity.
You will know the rough stages language often passes through from 1 to 6, and what kind of talk and play tends to suit each one.
You will be able to turn ordinary routines into easy back-and-forth conversations, in whichever language you speak best.
You will be able to choose books that suit your child's age and interests, set up a book basket, and share books with a child who will not sit still.
You will be able to ask open questions, expand what your child says during a story, and play simple rhyme and sound games in spare minutes.
You will be able to tell family stories, make story stones and a story basket, and act out familiar stories with props and simple puppets.
You will be able to bring letters and print into play without pressure, use screens and audiobooks in moderation, and plan a relaxed library visit.
You will have a written 4-week plan of talking, reading and storytelling for your family, and know which signs are worth raising with a pediatrician or health visitor.
Right after payment you see your access button, and the same personal link is emailed to you. Open it on any device to read every lesson. There is no account and no password to remember.

Play education, not therapy. Our courses give parents activities and the reasons behind them; they do not assess children or replace a pediatrician, therapist or teacher. Always supervise play. Read the safety notice.
The Complete Collection includes this course and the other 5, 48 lessons in all, for $147. That saves $135 against buying them one by one.
